Shipping policy

1. TRANSPORTATION

We rely on specialized couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. By purchasing through our e-commerce, you have the option to receive the products directly at your home within the timeframes and methods agreed upon during the order process.

Every order can be tracked for greater transparency and security.

2. DELIVERIES

Product prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

Gioielleria Befumo arranges for the transportation of products to the address indicated by the Registered User. We only deliver to the areas enabled and specified at the time of order, subject to the accessibility of the delivery location. Products will be delivered on the days chosen by the Registered User at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the presence of the Registered User or their representative is required at the address indicated in the order for the delivery. The delivery service is guaranteed only for residences accessible by the vehicles of our suppliers (for example, residences reachable only via dirt roads or pedestrian-only streets are excluded).

At the time of delivery, the User or their representative must verify that the packaging is intact and not damaged or altered. Any damages to the packaging and/or products must be immediately reported by the User by placing a written reservation on the courier's delivery document, specifying the reason for the reservation (e.g., "Packaging punctured" or "Packaging tampered with"). For any anomalies found on the products, other than those due to normal wear and tear, the User can contact Gioielleria Befumo by writing to shop@gioielleriabefumo.it or through the "Contact Us" section of the website, specifying the anomaly and documenting it with photographic material.

Gioielleria Befumo is committed to executing the order in good faith and to fulfilling all obligations with the utmost diligence, in the spirit of collaboration and organization that characterizes all our activities and services offered to Users through the website.

Gioielleria Befumo will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transportation. Similarly, it cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, incorrect, or failed delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy snowfall), strikes (by its own employees or others), transportation accidents, explosions, or any other cause, similar or different, occurring beyond the control of Gioielleria Befumo and not attributable to it, even pre-existing, that prevents or aggravates the total or partial execution of the contract.

3. FAILED DELIVERY

The Registered User acknowledges and accepts that in the event of the inability to deliver the products due to their (or their representative's) absence at the time of delivery on the agreed day, the purchased products will not be canceled from the order and the relevant amount will not be credited back to the User.

Delivery will still be attempted twice, with notification before the product is returned to Gioielleria Befumo.
