Refund policy

1. RETURN WITH REFUND REQUEST

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Unless otherwise specified or in the case of defects, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be issued based on the chosen purchase method, subject to verification of the returned product's compliance.

2. RETURN FOR DEFECTS

In the event of non-conformity defects, it is possible to request a replacement or a refund within 14 days.

To report the issue, send an email to shop@gioielleriabefumo.it describing the problem and attaching photos, then requesting either a replacement or a refund. A home pickup will be arranged at our expense. The replacement or refund will be processed once the merchandise has been returned to our premises and inspected.

3. RETURN FOR SIZE EXCHANGE

To exchange the size or model of the purchased item, send an email to shop@gioielleriabefumo.it with the request, specifying the desired size. Follow the instructions in the response, which will include shipping the item to: Gioielleria Befumo - Via Francesco Crispi n° 2 - 98071 Capo d'Orlando (ME).

The exchange will be made subject to verification of the returned product's compliance.

We recommend checking the size with a jeweler before purchase or consulting our ring sizing guide and size chart.

The shipping costs for sending the item to our premises will be borne by the Customer. The shipping costs for resending the replacement item will be borne by us only if within Italy.

For further exchanges after the first one, all costs will be borne by the Customer.

4. REFUND TIME AND METHODS

Gioielleria Befumo commits to refund the Customer promptly and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. An electronic notification will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Gioielleria Befumo will not be responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping and will not proceed with refunds or compensations for such items.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to shop@gioielleriabefumo.it or call +39 0941 918141. The communication must indicate the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products for which the right is to be exercised, and the order number issued at the time of purchase. The communication must be sent within 14 working days. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

6. ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

To modify or cancel an order, promptly send an email to shop@gioielleriabefumo.it or notify by phone. Gioielleria Befumo will do its best to accommodate the Customer's request. However, once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the merchandise has been returned to Gioielleria Befumo. In such cases, the above conditions apply.
